At UGGAD.COM, we stand behind every part we sell. All aftermarket replacement parts purchased from UGGAD.COM are covered by our comprehensive warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Limited Warranty — 1 Year

All aftermarket parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a part fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period, UGGAD.COM will, at its option, replace the part or refund the purchase price.

Fitment Guarantee — 30 Days

Every part is guaranteed to fit your vehicle as described on our website. If it doesn't, return it within 30 days for a full refund — we'll even cover the return shipping.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal use conditions
  • Parts that do not match the specifications listed on our website
  • Parts that arrive damaged due to shipping

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Normal wear and tear (brake pads, filters, wiper blades, etc.)
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, or natural disasters
  • Labor costs for installation, removal, or diagnosis
  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Parts installed on vehicles used for racing or competition

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@uggad.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include clear photos of the part and the defect if visible
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
  4. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund within 5-7 business days
