California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

In compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657), UGGAD.COM provides the following disclosure regarding our efforts to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from our supply chain.

Verification

We evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery in our supply chain. We require our direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking.

Audits

We conduct periodic audits of our supply chain to evaluate supplier compliance with our standards on human trafficking and slavery. Audits may be announced or unannounced and are conducted by internal teams or independent third-party auditors.

Certification

We require all direct suppliers to certify that they comply with all applicable laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries where they do business.

Internal Accountability

We maintain internal accountability standards for employees and contractors who fail to meet our standards regarding slavery and trafficking. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment or contract.

Training

We provide training on human trafficking and slavery to employees and management with direct responsibility for supply chain management, particularly those involved in purchasing and procurement.
