Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery
• Parts must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
• Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories that came with the part
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@uggad.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA email
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong part shipped, defective item).

Fitment Guarantee

If a part doesn't fit your vehicle as described on our website, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund. Simply provide your vehicle's VIN or Year/Make/Model so we can verify the compatibility issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
