An alternator/" class="text-primary hover:underline">alternator, as an integral part of every combustion engine vehicle, its mainresponsibility is to convert chemical energy to electrical energy so that you cancharge and replenish the battery in your engine and other electricalcomponents in a car.
Tips:① Frequently clean the scale and dust on the exterior of the generator andkeep it clean and well ventilated. ② Frequently check the tightening condition of various fasteners related to thegenerator and tighten all screws in time. ③The tension of the transmission belt must be appropriate.
If it is too loose, itwill easily slip and cause insufficient power generation if it is too tight, it willeasily damage the belt and generator bearings. ④When installing the battery, be sure not to install it incorrectly.
Usuallyinstall the positive wire first and not the ground wire, otherwise the diode willeasily burn out. ⑤ When using an integrated circuit regulator, the ignition switch should beturned off immediately when the engine is not running.
⑥ It is never allowed to use the "scratching fire" method to test whether togenerate electricity. ⑦ When the generator fails to generate electricity due to a fault, it must beeliminated in time, otherwise it will cause more serious faults
